Three Regulators. One Firm. Zero Gaps.

Electronics imports face BIS (product safety registration), WPC (wireless approval) and CPCB (e-waste EPR) — simultaneously. Any one missing and cargo is detained with no retroactive fix. We run all three tracks in parallel.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Our product has CE and FCC. Does India accept those?
No — India requires its own BIS registration and WPC approval. Existing test data can sometimes be partially reused to shorten Indian testing, which we assess upfront.
How many samples does BIS testing need?
Typically 3–5 units per model for BIS and 1–3 for WPC. We also manage the import of the test samples themselves.
Our device has no wireless functions. Do we still need WPC?
No — WPC ETA applies only to RF-capable equipment. Purely wired devices skip WPC but usually still need BIS and EPR.
What if we import without BIS registration?
Customs detains the consignment and there is no retroactive fast-track. Options reduce to re-export or destruction while storage charges mount. Prevention is the only strategy.
