When Is AERB Consent Required?

AERB consent must be in hand before the shipment leaves origin. We prepare and file the consent application and ensure the BoE references it correctly.

Our instrument contains an X-ray source. What must happen first?
AERB import consent, obtained before the shipment leaves origin. We prepare the application, liaise with AERB and declare the consent on the Bill of Entry.
Can instruments be imported under EPCG?
